Following the demise of our old motive power (affectionately known as the Tangerine Dream) for the James Brindley trailer, the Trustees have been looking around for an alternative source of traction and found its twin. The new Transit, quickly christened TD2 (for rather obvious reasons!) has a clean bill of health and looks quite striking when coupled with its charge.

We must thank Trust member Dave Beresford for supplying the vinyls for TD2. They really finish the job off beautifully and will provide an eye-catching combination as the TD2 and JB go on their travels around the country publicising our wonderful canal.
