Supporters' Meetings usually take place on the second Wednesday of every other month, starting at 8 p.m. All members are welcome to come.

On Wednesday 9th May, there will be a Supporters' Group Meeting at 7.30 p.m. at the Nether Green WMC, 90 Sheffield Road, Killamarsh, S21 1EB. There will be a walk through the village to see the original line of the canal and the proposed new line. When we get back to the WMC, John Lower will show some slides of old photos of the canal in Killamarsh.

On Wednesday 11th July, there will be a Supporters' Group visit to the New Dawn Project. Meet at Shireoaks Marina (S81 8NQ) at 8 p.m. where we will see the boat under construction. We will then go to the Hewitt Arms (S81 8LT) for refreshment and a full update of the progress so far.

On Wednesday, 12th September, there will be a Supporters' Group Meeting at 8 p.m. at the White Swan at Drakeholes. It is signposted off the A631 just west of Gringley-on-the-Hill, DN10 5DF. There will be a talk about the Grantham Canal.
