The Chesterfield Canal - Supporters' Meetings

Supporters' Meetings are intended as the vehicle for passing ideas and information in both directions between the Chesterfield Canal Trust Officers and Members/public to the furtherance of restoration objectives.

Most Members with special responsibilities make efforts to attend to pass on information on progress, planning, fund-raising and other activities.
Come and join in! Ask questions, make suggestions or just listen. All are welcome and there is no pressure or expectation to join the Trust, though of course we will be very happy if any visitor should choose to. Please note however, that if votes on any issue are called for only Trust Members may vote.

Mettings are held on the SECOND Wednesday of alternate months. That is January, March, May, July, September, November each year.

The Venue is The Nag's Head, Chesterfield Road, Staveley, (opposite Lime Avenue), starting at 7.30pm. and usually lasting two to two and a half hours with a 15 minute 'top up' break for refreshment.
